Hello from Ali

Hi I’m Ali, a qualified Zenways teacher in Meditation & Mindfulness for health & wellbeing. Having felt the benefits of these practices on my own health & wellbeing, I started ‘Keen to be Serene’ to pass on those benefits to others.
I run weekly drop-in classes on Wirral, where we meditate & try out mindful practices that can be used in our daily lives. Every session ends with a guided relaxation meditation.
Additionally, I offer 1:1 sessions which can be tailored to your specific needs.
I also work with charities & employers interested in providing sessions. To date, these have covered specific topics such as stress & mental health. I am qualified to teach the eight week course of Meditation & Mindfulness for health & wellbeing, which I can run as a whole or condense to suit.
